Internal Combustion Engines (ICE) have been considered as the heart of the industry for a long time. Research, design and manufacturing always have received the most attention from the specialists and researchers in this field. Irankhodro Powertrain Company (IPCO) within Irankhodro family was emerged in 1998 to collaborate with experienced specialists, researchers and students and using the most advanced technology to help the automotive industries to be independent in this field. Research and development always have been considered as the first priority and obtaining the new ideas and cooperation with international experts also is IPCO's main policy. To collect the genuine ideas, cooperate with specialists and to create a new wave in the engine industry in ,Iran the first IC engine conference was held for the first time by IPCO in February 2000 in
